Terms and Conditions for Empowered Siren Apparel

Welcome to Empowered Siren Apparel! By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Information: Empowered Siren Apparel specializes in made-to-order apparel. Each item is crafted with care once an order is placed.

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment:

• All shirts are made to order and will be processed within 3 business days.
• Fulfillment and shipping times may vary based on order volume and shipping destination.
• Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Payment:

• Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Returns and Exchanges:

• Please see our returns and exchanges policy.

5. Shipping:

• Shipping is a flat rate, unless otherwise noted. .
• Empowered Siren Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, nor packages lost by carrier.

6. Intellectual Property:

• All designs, logos, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Empowered Siren Apparel and may not be used without permission.

7. Affiliate Collaboration Program:

• Empowered Siren Apparel offers a collaboration program where participants can earn a 15% commission through an affiliate link.
• Collaborators will receive a discount on orders and a free gift in exchange for sharing photos and videos of themselves wearing our apparel.

8. Limitation of Liability:

• Empowered Siren Apparel is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

9. Amendments:

• We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

By placing an order with Empowered Siren Apparel, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
