Empowered Siren Apparel offers made-to-order apparel. Each item is created specifically for you once an order is placed.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• All items are made to order and typically processed within 3 business days.
• Fulfillment and shipping times may vary based on order volume and destination.
• Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Defective Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives defective or damaged.

• If your item arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• Approved defects may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
• Items will not be replaced due to incorrect sizing or customer preference. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

5. Shipping

• Shipping is offered at a flat rate unless otherwise stated.
• Empowered Siren Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
• We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

All designs, logos, graphics, and content are the intellectual property of Empowered Siren Apparel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Affiliate & Collaboration Program

Returns & Exchanges Policy – Empowered Siren Apparel

We want you to love your Empowered Siren Apparel purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
• Original tags and packaging must be included
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
